The Company was incorporated 1965 where it was started at a shipyard in Punggol. We have almost 42 years of experience involving the construction of various types of vessels such like flat-top and oil barges, tugboats, supply boats and landing crafts to cater for the Malaysian, Indonesian Middle East market. We leased at that time 30 acres of leasehold land from the government.
